At Hot Springs Mobile Kayak Rentals, we are committed to providing reliable kayak rentals, guided tours of on the Ouachita River and Lake Hamilton, and delivery services. Due to the nature of our services and limited inventory, all bookings are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

1. No Refunds for Customer Cancellations

All reservations made through our website are non-refundable. This includes:

Kayak rentals (pickup or delivery)
Guided kayak tours
Any scheduled service

We do not offer refunds for:

Cancellations made by the customer
No-shows
Late arrivals
Changes in personal plans, weather preferences, or scheduling conflicts

2. Refunds Issued Only if We Cannot Fulfill Service

Refunds will only be issued if Hot Springs Mobile Kayak Rentals is unable to fulfill the confirmed reservation. This includes:

Insufficient kayak availability at the scheduled time
Failure to deliver kayaks as agreed
Cancellation initiated by our company

In these cases, customers will receive either:

A full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional cost

3. Weather Policy

We operate in most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe or unsafe weather (as determined solely by Hot Springs Mobile Kayak Rentals), we may:

Reschedule your booking, or
Issue a refund if rescheduling is not possible

4. Responsibility & Participation

Customers are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled rental or tour. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
